... after like almost 2 years. Time passes and im being a slowpoke or something when it comes to go public i guess...
Anyway, things go fine here, looking for a job recently so theres bunch of paper work to do before going to a apointment, got first own car with help of mom so aside of few almost acsidents with crazy drivers Im driving alot better now in my Fabia. I still need to finish reading all its instructions online though because its a used car and the auto school did not even teach us driving at night... you can guess when then my almost acsidents happen.... but yeah, lesson learned and no scratch happened so thats a good thing.
Thankyou for anyone who noticed my birthday by the way, were sweet of you guys I had not really any real cake but its ok. It could be said i got pretty good gifts like a simple projector for fabric painting purposes, the car could partially also count as a bd gift an i also got neat 5 new tips for my wacom tablet pen so thats super useful. Also we will be quite busy because we are byuing a house in a nearby village where ill have more space to get creative. It looks recently like a dump but after some reconstruction it will be a wonderful place to live in.

Anyway, ill write about art stuff since i rarely upload anything and this is a art community so...
GIMP www.gimp.org/ as most digital artist know, is a wonderful alternative program to photoshop. With all the years of respect and use i did move on to a slightly more useful program called Krita krita.org/ which is basically also free. It has simply somuch better brush options that i need but its filter rendering sucks. So im kind of using both programs now to do the work as both have their own unique strenghts and weaknesses.
Now here is a interesting review about OpenCanvas1 and DrawPile
OpenCanvas1.1 is a wonderful collaborative program introduced to me years ago by a old friend. Heh i was using that thing for many years actually to draw with someone, usually with Sinatzeek. Recently though i found a pretty good alternative program that apears to not only work just like OC, but has more features and seems to be still updated. Its called DrawPile drawpile.net/
Im rather amazed how well it handles networking. I use it trough hamachi, just had to temporaly turn off firewall to get Esprit join my host. So whats it better in than old non updated anymore OC?
It can import and paste images, good for premade backgrounds for example.
The brush settings offer more configuration on how the line shall behave.
It has not only the ability to create at any time more layers, but it can merge, rename and ppl can erase eachothers draws aswell for example. The host can also optionally block anyone else to manage the layers if wanted.
It has a annotation/text tool so you can directly type in there instead of hand writing for example what ever your draw characters are saying.
It has also its own chat room which also is recorded.
And yes, it records everything and saves it with a playback that you can replay at any speed. It also can export every single frame as image. The video export sucks though. I did set up some necessary codec but the quality of the video was terrible. Id rather put the exported images into a video editor... The program has a down side though. It has no move tool but there is the copy-paste alternative way and the celection can be transformed but not rotated so far.Its also missing a poligonal/lasso tool which neather oc has but it would be great.
The program is free and looks to be still in development so i just wanna make a shout about it to whoever loves oc or drawing online with ppl. It may encourage the developer work more on it then for us artists
So yeah, open Canvas1 has been a great program for collaborative drawing but so far from testing an all i could see DrawPile top it in many ways. Just sad its not much known. Ill let you ppl make an opinion.

Now this brings me to the idea to go on a search for some artist buddies. Ppl who simply love to draw and talk about drawing, making comics and optionally animations. After living so many years with at least one that i can share same interest with, i realized its frustrating to be missing these artistic sharing experiences about making art and talk about digital development. Ill be probably forced to get back active on DA even for that heh... i guess it is a artist thing.... probably gonna even make a fool of myself again so pls bear with me

Aside of screenshots im gonna make the WIP of the commissions available for public view on livestream when ever i work on non adult (thats their rules) commission work so anyone is free to watch the process.

So im sitting down to write another journal.
This week was quite difficult because the final tests were comming and i was painting the walls....
But offcorse it was to help a friend out a bit and still reasonable than when i sat on ps3 to play Blood red redemption.
Im getting addicted to that game alright...

So yeah, after my friend was so nice to let me scan her school stuff and I helped her moving her stuff to other apartment, I went home with the train wich kinda ended up to be interesting.
I was sitting in the train when sudenly we hear sounds and the train begun to shake strongly.
I could hear the rocks hitting the vagoon from the bottom and as the train begunn to stop, smokes came from both sides with a terrible odor.

I lookt outside the window just to see the metalic stairs were totaly bended and busted.
After a while they told us to leave the train soooo great...aside of one granny clinging on my leg and another granny falling on me, I in my moving day where i carry moust of my stuff home was walking on rocks atleast 200m and when i got to the small station, this is what i have seen

We had to wayt for a hour to get a replacement traveling with the buss wich caused me to not make it to my usual train that takes me home so, i was sitting in Bratislava studying.
I even figured out how to connect with wifi to net wich was a new thing there, so it wasnt atleast toomuch boring the two hours of wayt while in the meanwhile there were two horny pidgeons doing porn in front of me...
Even when iam a perv I still find it strange what i get to still see that day.
So yeahhh, finaly i get home around midnight, wich is 5 hours later than planed and i learned one valuable thing about wifi in open places.
Youll get lots of viruses that normaly newer reach your secured laptop with eset smart security unrecognized.
But yes, my laptop is fine now while my new laptop is still needing a proper windows since the previous one was a fake and in window 7 my tablet wont work properly in Gimp.............Gimp is my LIFE, WHY?!  D:
Stupid windows 7, now i find vista better....

Anyway, ill skip my undieing evil dog whos 17 by now and get right to the sweet cherrie on top.

I-passed-the-bachelor-tests-TODAY!

So yey me! After ill send one portfolio to one school im aiming at for the master title, i can slowly enjoy the peace once more
I already treated them to animate all the profesors in a illustrative way during the summer wich im sure halve of them will hate me for but hey, its a FILM-SCHOOL
so ill put them into a parody from my view of experiences in that crazy place and you all get to watch it some day.
But for now, i finaly plan to finnish a small animation that i call Cyndork where i illustrate Cynder from the Spyro game the way the Cyndorks make me see her.
Boy im evil but i had lots of funn working on it when i sketched the first ideas so it would be a shame not to finish the last 30% of the project, right?


Anyway, once again i write toomuch so ill end this jurnal now.

It has been a while now I made any sound so I though Ill write a bit for those who do read the journal about the few news.

My study as bachelor is finaly getting close to the end as I successfuly finished the last semester and now I face the challenge of the final tests.
I must say that the employers of the film school are a real pain as they make me visit them several times and tell me new changes that have to be made in my bachelor work while they did not bother to tell me that earlier.

So yeah, everybody in my class is facing this issue of constant changes that have to be made like, the title of each chapter cannot be centered, but has to go from left.
Or abstract in both languages, english and slovak have to be on separate paper while the references show clearly both to be on one paper and they said we should stick to the references.
They just cannot make up mind and make me waste money on printing over 41 pages for 3 copies and they dont  even look at the pdf version that i keep sending them.

I wish there would be someone who can work in text documents like Word or OpenOffice.
The school does not bother to teach us the requied functions so writing in the refference they gave us is a giant mess and Iam too dump to figure it out...

That is one of my recent ranting right now so lets get to something more positive to read!

I got yesterday a new laptop pavilion dv6, wich is acording my family and friends a prettie powerful model.
I still need to wayt till bro comes home to instal the importand stuff for me before Ill go frenzy with downloading all kind of programs that I normaly use.

Wich reminds me, I think I did not metion yet that I crossgraded one of my programs and got now ToonBoom animate PRO2 ^-^
It is a wonderfull animation program I must say and Iam verry grateful that my friend was so kind to borrow me the remaining dollars to get this special toy.

The new additional tools like the network for effect modules or 3D option helped me alot to finish the bachelor animated clip.
I wish I could show you all but for now I will have to wayt how things will turn out.
You see, this project is at the same time going to be an official music clip for the great band The Tap Tap.
So there will be some copyright issues that will not allow me to simply post it on youtube...atleast for now.
But Im sure it will be available online soon or later after the whole deal is done trough my supervisor :3

For those who like video games, especialy in 2D, id like to share with you a verry interesting program that I randomly found online and learn to use it.

This is scirra construct.
They recently work on two version.
Construct2 is under development by Scirra wich goes trough total recoding. Games made with this program will be playable online on html5 wich is cool but is not finished and will apearently cost around 35 euro I think but Im looking foward to get it after my experience with the original version that has been renamed from construct to Construct Classic.

Construct classic is developed from now on by the verry active comunity and I must say, Iam amazed by the functions it has.
You can basicaly create 2D games without the knowledge of code programing.
The functions are made with the list of made events and actions.
It has no completely finished games yet but when i lookt at all those examples that have been made, I do believe that you can do almoust any game in 2D with it.
You can even import your 3D models if you wish to combine a bit to get a 2.5D game
So yeah, you will moust likely see some games made by me some day as for now i can do only really basic platformer games and still need to learn alot.
Oh yeah, construct classic is open source so you can use,modify and sell games with it freely.
That should also explain why I got my eyes on it in the first place harharhar

I personaly preffer it more than image sharing servers like Photobucket because of the limitless amount of images you can upload, edit galleries and you can even make them private so ppl can see only with password. But the main reason why I use it is because I can upload mature stuff there unlike in photobucket or imageshack.
